To support the mission of Next Step To Success under the direction of the program’s Operation’s Director and Executive Director, the Success Coach is a professional role-model and non-traditional teacher who will provide transportation, mentorship, leadership, and guidance within a supportive and engaging environment to youth who are learning to cultivate healthy character traits.
Education & Experience Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree or three years of experience working with children or adolescents.

For too long, we have listened to people declare that “someone - 'they' - should do something about our high rate of poverty in Norfolk” (whoever “they” are).
